Building on its strong management team to address significant growth in capital development, Essentia hires Carol Bell, former senior project manager at the Royal Holloway, University of London.
Essentia Trading Ltd, an award-winning leader in healthcare planning and infrastructure consultancy, is delighted to formally announce that Carol Bell has joined its team as Senior Project Manager, Capital Development. The role was created to celebrate business growth within the capital development team at Essentia and to boost service provision. Bell is the latest high profile hire in recent months and comes at an opportune time.
As Senior Project Manager, Carol Bell will assume responsibility for strategic project management working with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM). Bell joined Essentia with a strong track-record in project management which spans nearly 20 years. She commented; “I have great admiration for the healthcare sector and I am pleased to join such a well-respected team of professionals.

As a Registered Project Professional and an award-winning specialist in project delivery for the property sector, Carol Bell has extensive experience of managing and developing assets within the built environment including landmark projects in the higher education, arts, residential and heritage sectors, including The Eden Project.
