Property Consultancy is about optimising the estate, making good use of buildings and space whilst ensuring the best financial return.

NHS Trusts and other public sector organisations need modern, fit-for-purpose buildings to operate from. We help clients to create and implement strategic plans that look at the whole estate and how it can be put to better use, delivering long-term value and operational efficiency. We offer:

An expert perspective. Our team is highly experienced in managing property for the NHS and other public sector organisations. We encourage clients to look at their portfolio to understand what they’ve already got – it’s often more valuable than they realise.

New ideas. With the NHS under severe financial constraint, we have to learn to do things differently. This might involve an NHS trust sharing facilities with a local authority. Or a hospital leasing a property rather than owning it. Technology will also have a huge impact on how we think about property.

An integrated approach. We consider the estate from a joint perspective, incorporating clinical strategy, healthcare planning, capital development, technology and sustainability.

Procurement. It is easy to procure our services – we are proud to be one of the suppliers on the prestigious Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework to supply Estates Professional Services. We cover London, South East and East Anglia. Find out more.
